(DOVER, Del.)- Officers with The City of Milford Police responded to a report of a man with a handgun in his possession while seated within a parked vehicle at The Travelers Inn.
It happened around 1:36pm on December 29th.
Upon arrival officers made contact with Jeremiah G. Stevenson of Felton.
Stevenson, 27, was confronted and while speaking with officers a black in color handgun fell from his waistband.
The accused was immediately taken into custody by Uniform Patrol officers.
The gun would be seized and was a short time later determined to be a replica 1911 .45. Caliber 6mm BB gun.
The accused was presented before a magistrate and released on an unsecured bond pending a future court appearance in the Court of Common Pleas in Dover.
