(Selbyville, Del) - A house near Selbyville that had been the site of multiple drug crimes and police calls since 2014 has been declared a criminal Nuisance. The tenants of the house in the 37,000 block of Washington Avenue were evicted, and the house was boarded up by the Department of Justice and Delaware State Police. The owner is ordered not to rent to anyone with a felony drug conviction.
