(MILFORD, Del.)- Milford Police have arrested and charged a 24 year-old Ellendale man after a domestic incident on May 31, at the Brightway Commons Apartment Complex.
Anthony M. White was charged with Assault 3rd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Disorderly Conduct.
Investigation revealed that White and the 23yo female victim were involved in a verbal dispute.
During the dispute, White punched the female victim in the face and pushed her. During the physical altercation and verbal dispute, a 2yo child was present.
White fled prior to Milford Police arriving. The female victim suffered minor injuries to the face, neck and chest area.
The female victim did not want medical treatment at the time of this incident. White was arraigned and released on $2,000.00 unsecured bond.
