We salute Joseph Keller - Joe has been a member of the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company since 2013. Since then he has learned and strives to be a leader and mentor to younger firefighters. Joe was recently appointed captain for the year. Joe moved to South Carolina in 2019 to go to school to become a paramedic and completed the program in 2020 and worked as a medic in Florence County. Joe moved back to Delaware in 2021, worked as an EMT, and is part of the Sussex County EMS team.
