Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono is tracking ghosts, ghouls and gusts this Halloween Friday on Delmarva, sunny blustery highs in the upper 50s to low 60s, dress warm when trick or treating, gusts as highs as 45-50 mph. Sunny dry and pleasant first weekend of November with highs in the low 60s.
