The graffiti spree damaged over 30 cars and multiple buildings. The graffiti displayed numerous tags that included racial slurs and vulgar words.

"The Berlin Police Department spent the last few weeks going through numerous tips they received from the community," said Chief Arnold Downing, of the Berlin Police Department. "That ultimately led to 3 arrests in the damaging graffiti spree."

Most of the spray paint on the vehicles was removed and the buildings re-painted, but the damage is not something one owner can forget.

"The kids that did this, it affected more than they realized," said William Outten, Town Center Antiques Owner. "It left a sour taste in our mouths."

The Berlin Police are asking residents of the community to continue to be alert and report anything suspicious you may see.
