(Dover/Magnolia, Del) The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is currently looking for two moderate risk Tier 2 sex offenders after they failed to verify their address or failed to re-register as a sex offender as required by law.
The Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for:
Stefan B. Ewell, 27, who was registered as homeless in the Dover, DE area. He is medium risk Tier 2 sex offender who has failed to re-register as a sex offender as required by law. Ewell is described as a black male. He is 5'09" tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Michael B. Warncke, 38, Magnolia, Delaware. He is a medium risk Tier 2 sex offender who has failed to verify his address as required by law. Warncke is described as a white male. He is 6'00" tall and weighs approximately 300 lbs.
The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of Ewell or Warncke to call 302-672-5306.
