(DOVER, Del.)- Dover Police are looking into a shooting and assualt Monday night at Unit Block of North New Street around 9:30 p.m.
According to police, a 24-year-old man was shot in the upper left thigh and had a large cut on his forehead. He was brought to Bayhealth Medical Center and is in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5-foot-10 to 6-foot, wearing all black. If anyone has any information, please call the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.
