(Hurlock, Md) - A fire early Sunday morning, April 15, 2018, destroyed a mobile home in Hurlock. The fire was in the 4000 block of Jones Village Road. A person in the home was alerted by a smoke detector and was able to escape. It took firefighters and hour to bring the blaze under control. Damage was estimated at $30,000 to the structure and the contents.
