Federal employees past and present are finding support, connection, and community through the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association. In this segment, we learn how the organization helps active and retired federal workers navigate benefits, retirement planning, and healthcare questions while also creating opportunities to stay engaged through local chapters across Delaware. Beyond advocacy and education, the group encourages members to continue serving their communities through volunteer work, mentoring, and outreach programs.
