John Francis Ruff was a proud Marine who served in Cuba during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He retired to Rehoboth Beach, DE, and was an active member of VFW Post 7447, where he shot pool and enjoyed socializing. John passed on 5/26/20 with a hard-fought battle with cancer.
