(SEAFORD, Del.)-A small group of Seaford High residents marched on Market Street near the Seaford High School to protest their beloved Principal Dr. Terry Carson resigning. Mikaela Brody-Willey led the march.
"I wanted to have a place where everyone could come together and express how thankful they were for her impact on Seaford High School," said Brody-Willey.
The students had to wait two weeks to protest because they had to get a permit.
Brody-Willey said it was worth the wait because she wants to be a teacher after she graduates college.
"I have never seen someone with so much pizzazz and so much energy as Mrs. Carson and I want to emulate that with my students in the future."
