Santa Visits Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Santa took time out of his busy schedule to stop by Big Fish Grill in Rehoboth Beach to hear some gift ideas that kids want this season. Santa says he's ready for the holiday spirit as Christmas gets closer.  "Oh that's what I live for, every year this time comes around and it's a lot of hard work but I thoroughly enjoy what I do and I like getting in the Christmas spirit. Ho, ho, ho!" Santa said. At big fish grill today, the restaurant hosted an all you can eat brunch.  Kids and their families got the enjoy the food while also telling Santa what they wanted this year. The staff enjoys getting in on the action too, and taking a day for fun. Mike Muzzin, Big Fish Grill's director of operations said, "Just with it being the Christmas season it's something nice to do, for like the kids. It lets the staff dress up, they have fun with it. So it's like a good day."  Santa sat in his chair, walked around the restaurant and made sure he heard what the kids want for Christmas this year. Present ideas ranged from Pokemon, Nerf guns, unicorn teddy bears and robots. One child even asked for a Roomba. Santa thinks it can help his parents more so. "He's going to clean his parents house," Santa said.  But even the families are a little preoccupied getting ready for the holiday. "We have not done our own list. I think we're more excited to be together, I don't know are you excited to be together this Christmas? Yes!" said Stephanie. Santa is ready to take on the task as the holiday gets closer. "Gonna go back to the North Pole, I'm going to send it off to my elves, and we're going to get the job done just we do every year. Ho, ho, ho."
