The Sussex County Planning and Zoning Commission will be moving its recommendations for Tharros Village forward to the Sussex County Council.
The purpose of the meeting is to get a conditional land use permit, Agnew says it's a new requirement under the Meyer Administration. He says he did not need it last year with the Carney Administration.
