The community gathered for a ceremony at the Ocean City Recreation Complex Saturday morning in honor of Laurel youth basketball player Corey Mumford, who was murdered earlier this year.

The three men accused of murdering 18-year-old Corey Mumford in April have been indicted by the Sussex Grand Jury, according to the Department of Justice.
Donregus Holland, a 28-year-old Hurlock man, was arrested after police and Maryland marshals executed a search warrant in Maryland on May 18, about one month after Mumford was shot and killed.
Services for the Laurel senior who was shot and killed on April 14 will be held in the Laurel High School auditorium.
