After a call was made for law enforcement to break up the fighting, a video obtained by WRDE shows one officer from Delaware Animal Services walking to the building in which the fighting was taking place. A crowd then began to exit the building on the opposite end with some individuals running.

Following the observation of animal fighting, the 14 dogs that were found were seized. Delaware Health and Social Services say that one dog died from injuries sustained from the alleged dog fighting and five others remain in serious condition.
