Joseph Thomas, the long-serving Emergency Operations Director for Sussex County, has announced his retirement.
According to the Millsboro Fire Company, a crash happened Monday morning sometime around 3:00 A.M. The Sussex County Emergency Operations Center says a car collided with a tractor-trailer. The Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department was part of the response to the crash.
