The Philadelphia Eagles are not being punished for how they handled quarterback Jalen Hurts’ blood clots, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. The NFL said in a statement Tuesday that officials were in touch with team medical personnel and the Cleveland Clinic in London while Hurts was being treated. Hurts is expected to miss the rest of the season after a blood clot traveled from his left calf to his lungs.
