The Delaware House passed two bills Thursday that would strengthen consumer data privacy protections and require businesses to provide broader reporting of data breaches to the Attorney General’s Office.
Delawareans now have increased personal data privacy protections under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, which officially went into effect at the beginning of this year.
