Six Delaware Senate Republicans are urging Gov. Carney to remove Delaware Department of Agriculture Secretary Michael Scuse after a Public Integrity Commission report revealed improper disbursement of taxpayer money. The report said over $100,000 was paid to department employees to house seized animals without public notice.
