A small group of military and tall ships from Baltimore's Sail250 celebration, including Canada's HMCS William Hall, are expected to transit the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal and pass between Cape Henlopen and Cape May, offering spectators in Lewes a chance to watch them make their way to New York.
