Hospital officials in Gaza say an Israeli drone strike has killed three Palestinians who crossed the ceasefire line. The incident on Monday happened near central Gaza’s Morag corridor, officials said. Israel’s military said the three approached troops and posed an immediate threat. The deaths come as Gaza awaits an expected announcement this week of a U.S.-led “Board of Peace” to govern the enclave. Hamas says it will dissolve its government once a Palestinian technocratic committee is named, as mandated under the U.S.-brokered peace plan.
