LEWES, Del. - The Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse in Lewes is now a part of the United States Postal Service’s Mid-Atlantic Lighthouses forever stamp collection. An unveiling ceremony took place at the Lewes Ferry Terminal overlooking the lighthouse.
