* At 918 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cape May
Point, moving southeast at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
Five Fathoms Buoy, Cape May Point, Buoy 2ms, Buoy 4fb, and Cape May
Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water, stay below deck if possible and keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.

* At 906 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Oakland, or 9
miles southeast of Centerville, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Centerville, Denton, Centreville, Harrington, Bridgeville,
Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Goldsboro, Queen Anne, Smithville,
Starr, Jumptown, Griffin, Carville, Hope, Andrewsville, Agner,
Greenwood, and Houston.

immediately!

building.

In addition to damaging winds, frequent cloud to ground lightning is
occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Remember, if
