Delaware State Police have arrested the suspect of a robbery that occurred late Monday morning at the Valero gas station on Deep Branch Road, where a man stole both cash and a clerk’s car.
State Rep. Kevin Hensley has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a 2024 drunk driving crash that left another driver hurt. As part of a plea agreement secured by the Delaware Department of Justice, Hensley will lose his driver's license for one year, serve probation and complete mandatory DUI education.
Two teenaged boys were charged with stealing over $1,500 worth of property from the Liberty gas station in Oak Orchard. They were turned over to their parents.
The road is now expected to open to through traffic on Jan. 27, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.
