Lt. Diaz urges people to pause and do not be quick to give personal and financial information over the phone. 

Lt. Diaz says he believes AI may have been used to create the voicemail and says he and Chief Holm have recently attended an AI training because "it's new" and they are trying to stay ahead of the game. 

A firearm was found in the backpack of a student at Cape Henlopen High School Jan. 17, according to a voicemail from the school.
