Stephanie Callaway was a five-year veteran Paramedic with Sussex County EMS, and was attending to a patient in the back of an ambulance when it crashed in June of 2008 and she lost her life. The "Giggle Medic" was a Field Training Officer, had served as Public Information Officer and President of the Sussex County Paramedics Association, and was adored by her co-workers. Medic Station 104 between Lewes and Rehobth Beach is dedicated to her memory.
