Sergeant Barry Wheatley has been employed by the Millsboro Police Department for over 19 years. During his time of service, he has dedicated his life to the residents of Millsboro. He has served on the Tactical Team, Criminal Investigations, Motorcycle Unit, Patrol Supervisor and currently maintains the Department’s CALEA national accreditation.
