Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on wicked winds this Halloween on Delmarva, gusts 40-50 mph, dress warm while trick or treating, highs upper 50s to low 60s, weekend looking fantastic under mostly sunny skies not as windy with highs in the low to mid 60s as we begin the month of November.
