Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on a frigid start to our Friday with wind chills in the teens, mostly sunny skies highs in the mid to upper 30s, slightly milder Saturday highs in the mid to upper 40s with a midday shower chance, tracking the threat for snow Sunday, especially across the southern portion of the peninsula.
