Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on a mostly cloudy Monday, highs in the low to mid 70s, winds out of the northeast gusting 25 mph, showers develop tonight through Tuesday, steadiest rain late Tue-Wed, winds will gust 40-45 mph+ into Wednesday, coastal flooding concerns increase through late week with a coastal low through the weekend.
