Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on a chilly dry Thursday with a mix of sun and clouds, highs in the mid to upper 40s ahead of an arctic front. Light snow by daybreak Friday, slick conditions through the morning, will see a changeover to a mix and then rain into the afternoon especially at the coast. Snowfall totals coating to an inch, best chance to see an inch would be southwest parts of the peninsula.
