Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on a soaking rain pushing over the peninsula, rain will taper off through the late afternoon, highs in the 40s and 50s, cold dry night ahead falling into the upper 20s to low 30s. Sunny skies return for Wednesday with highs in the low 40s. The below average temperatures continue through the end of the week.
