Meteorologist Chris Mastrobuono has the latest on some areas of fog this morning, a midweek delight under sunny skies and highs in the mid to upper 70s, still mild into Thursday as rain develops late Thursday into Friday, the rain could be heavy at times, drier and cooler into the weekend.
