A man on Home Detention was found Hurlock and was arrested on Sunday, July 29, 2018 when he was reported blocking traffic and kicking vehicles.
Deputies arrested Bryan Scott Chance and determined he was supposed to be at a home in Cambridge. He was charged with Second Degree Burglary, Fourth Degree Burglary, Trespassing, Theft under $100.00, Malicious Destruction of Property and Disorderly Conduct. Chance was ordered Held without Bond.
