(ACCOMAC, VA.)- We have new developments in the Accomack County arson trial. A judge has sided with convicted arsonist Tonya Bundick, who faces more than 60 counts of arson.
Bundick's request for a new lawyer gets approved. According to the Accomack County Circuit Court, Bundick will be represented by Janee Joslin.
The change comes after Bundick's September sentencing. Court documents also show she has filed an appeal against a judge's ruling. She faces 10 and half years in prison last month.
Bundick's next trial is scheduled for December 15th and 16th in Virginia beach.
