(Blades, Del)- A Resteraunt in Blades was robbed Saturday night. Delaware State Police are assisting Blades Police as they investigate the robbery that happened at approximately 8:17 p.m., Saturday October 30, 2016. Police say two men armed with handguns, entered the El Chicanito, located at 100 South Market Street. They approached a clerk who was standing just inside the doorway and pointed a gun at her while the second suspect approached a juvenile behind the counter and demanded cash. The juvenile complied with the demand and turned over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects then exited the store and possibly entered an SUV before fleeing in the direction of the Blades Elementary School. There were no injuries.
The first suspect was described as a Hispanic male, and the second was described as a black male, both wearing dark colored clothing, masks covering their faces, and gloves. Armed with an unknown type handguns.
