(Hopper's Island, Md) - A badly decomposed body found more than a week ago on Hooper's Island has been identified. The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office says it was 70-year-old Raymond Albert Dudderar of St. Mary's County across the bay. Maryland State Police say he was reported missing on July 6, 2017. No foul play was indicated.
