(REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.) - A large crowd gathers at Epworth United Methodist Church to celebrate the life of CAMP Rehoboth co-founder Steve Elkins. Memorial tributes are sent by both the Senate and the House of Representatives because of the impact Elkins made. Songs are sung and stories about his life are shared.
