Rony J. Baltazar-Lopez

Rony Baltazar-Lopez was born and raised in Milford, graduated from Milford High School and the University of Delaware. During his undergrad, Baltazar-Lopez held several internships including with the Delaware House of Representatives Democratic Caucus, and the Office of Governor Jack Markell. He also spent his last semester of undergrad in Washington, D.C. interning for U.S. Senator Tom Carper.
After graduation, he went on to work at the National Alliance for Mental Illness at its Delaware chapter serving as the Hispanic Programs Coordinator before landing a position with U.S. Senator Tom Carper's office in Washington, D.C. as junior legislative staffer.
Baltazar-Lopez was the youngest school board member in the Milford School District, elected at 24-years-old, and the first Latino to serve on the board. Baltazar-Lopez has also worked under Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings.
