With COVID-19 cases increasing across the nation, Philadelphia continues to put in restrictions on travel. On Wednesday, Delaware became the 18th state added to the city's 14-Day Quarantine List. Here is what health officials there are recommending:
- People should not travel from Philadelphia to any of the 18 states below if it can be avoided.
- People returning to Philadelphia from any of those states below should self-quarantine for 14 days.
- If self-quarantine is not practical, they should for 14 days after returning to Philadelphia:
- Wear masks at all times at the workplace or near other non-household members, and
- Monitor closely for the development of new onset of cough, fever, or other COVID-19 symptoms; if these symptoms occur, stay at home and away from others until 10 days after symptoms resolve or a COVID-19 test is negative.

- Louisiana

- North Carolina
- Oklahoma
- South Carolina

- Utah If self isolation is not practical, Philadelphia health officials recommend wearing a mask at all times around non-household members, including around coworkers, and closely pay attention to their health and monitor for the development of any new onset cough, fever, or other COVID-19 symptoms. If any symptoms occur, they should stay home and seek out testing.
