DOVER, Del.- Delawareans will pay tribute to a fallen Marine with lowered flags for the next five days.

On Thursday, Governor John Carney ordered United States and Delaware flags lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Marines Staff Sergeant Christopher Slutman. Slutman was killed by a car bomb attack in Afghanistan on Monday.
