(SELBYVILLE, Del.) - Delaware State Police have arrested 23-year-old Xavier Aiken of Milton for sexually and physically assaulting a 17-year-old girl in Selbyville.
Police say Aiken sexually assaulted, strangled, physically assaulted and held the victim against her will at a residence in Selbyville on February 22nd, 2019.
Around 2 p.m. Monday, police were able to locate Aiken at a residents in the 20,000 block of Reynolds Pond Road in Ellendale. Aiken was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 4, where he was charged with first and second-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, and strangulation.
Aiken has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on $208,000 secured bond.
