(DOVER, Del.)- Dover police is facing a lawsuit that claims a Pennsylvania man had suffered police brutality.
The lawsuit was filed Thursday by Stephen Diflorio.
He claims he and his friend were attacked by a group of people at a restaurant in 2013. And officers arrived, they used a stun gun on him without warning.
He goes on to say officer threw him to the ground, and punched and kicked him.
Dover Police will not comment on the on pending litigation.
