(SALISBURY, Md.)- A gruesome discovery in Wicomico County; Salisbury police are investigating a death after a body was found on West Road in Salisbury.
Salisbury Police tell WRDE Eagle Recycling employees found a man dead at around 9:30 Monday morning.
Detectives say they've ruled out foul play and suicide. They believe the dangerously cold weather played a role.
They are now working to identify the victim, police said.
