Earl Bradley Transferred out of Delaware

(Dover, Del) - A former Lewes pediatrician serving life in prison has been transferred out of Delaware. The transfer took place last Wednesday, June 8, 2016.

The transfer was an administrative action generated by the Department of Corrections. The Department recognizes the impact he had on the victims and local Delawareans; some of whom work in or are housed in our correctional facilities, and felt the move was necessary.

Bradley recently had his latest appeal rejected. He had appealed his sentence on denial of his choice of attorney and ineffective assistance. Bradley was convicted in 2011 and sentenced to 14 life sentences. A Superior Court judge rejected the appeal late last week, saying it was a desperate attempt by Bradley to reassert previously rejected claims regarding a search warrant that led to his arrest.
