(New Castle, Del) - More overdose deaths in Delaware. According to the Department of Health and Social Services eight people died in a four-day span across the state. The overdose deaths began Friday, August 10, 2018. The deaths were in all three counties, men and women ranging in age from their 20's to those in their 50's. So far in August, there have been 16 overdose deaths statewide, 167 this year.
