(Rehoboth Beach, Del) - A Felton man has been arrested on multiple credit card fraud charges. Facebook users help to ID William B. Herd, 29 year old as the suspect in the theft. According to Rehoboth Beach Police last month a man reported that his card had been stolen, and used to make fraudulent charges. Police released a photo of the suspect in the theft and tips lead to Herd's arrest.
He turned himself in on Wednesday, arrested, charged and released on $11,000 unsecured bail.
