DELMARVA- Whether you're cleaning up the coast, craving strawberries, or catching live music, this weekend is packed with fun.

Strawberry Festival

The 3rd annual Strawberry Festival returns Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lewes Fire Department Station 2 on Janice Road.

The event features fresh local strawberries from Fifer Orchards, strawberry shortcakes, wine, treats and ice cream from Hopkins Farm Creamery. More than 70 vendors and crafters will be on site. Proceeds support the Lewes Fire Department.

Cape National Trails Day Cleanup

Cape Henlopen State Park is hosting a community cleanup for National Trails Day on Saturday, June 7. Volunteers are asked to meet at 8:45 a.m. at the Officers Club, located at 14628 Officers Road.

Participants will help clear trash and debris from trails and beaches throughout the park. Cleanup supplies will be provided, and volunteers are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and bring gloves. Park entrance fees will be in effect.

Bethany Beach Seaside Craft Show

The annual Bethany Beach Seaside Craft Show will take place Saturday, June 7, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Sponsored by the town’s Cultural and Historical Affairs Committee, the juried show features fine handmade goods from a variety of regional artisans.

Sundaes in the Park Returns to Ocean City

Ocean City’s popular Sundaes in the Park concert series kicks off Sunday, June 8, at Northside Park. The free event runs from 7 to 9 p.m. and features live music near the lagoon.

Ice cream and other refreshments will be available for purchase. Fireworks will follow the concert. The event continues every Sunday through Labor Day weekend.
