(Ellendale, Del) - Ellendale Police are looking for Evelio "Victor" Alvarez. He's wanted by Milford Police for Possession with Intent to deliver a controlled substance with an Aggravating Factor and Resisting Arrest. Alvarez is also wanted on a Capias in the Superior Court of Sussex County for Violation of Probation for Carrying a concealed dangerous instrument and possession of a controlled substance with an aggravating factor. He is also wanted on a capias out of Sussex County Court of Common Pleas FTP Criminal Impersonation and Driving while revoked, and 2 Sussex County Family Court Capias warrants.
